What is it about this game that inspires _so much_ devotion? Still, not one to complain, here's the latest vanload of Ninja covers...

Last Ninja #2 (a Tony Lees Production) - by the mighty Tonka

Tonka once again bring his unique talents to bear on a classic toon. It's a heavy slice of Ninja. It's just a preview though... just a preview... just a preview.. prevyou are feeling sleepy....

Last Ninja #3 (Wastelands Loader) - by Chris Abbott

It's gentle and oriental. My God! No drums!!!!

Last Ninja #6 (Wastelands) - Extended Mix by Instant Remedy

Instant Remedy is as Instant Remedy does. Another excellent dance version. I prefer this one to his non-extended mix. Smoother and more satisfying (hey, oriental Marlboro??)

Last Ninja #6 (Wastelands) - by Instant Remedy

Nice, but not as good as above.

Last Ninja #7 (Level 2) - by the Dead Guys

Once again, The Dead Guys redefine C64 covers out of the ballpark and into another sector entirely. Come back now, d'you hear?

Last Ninja 2 #2 Heavy Rock mix - by Puffy

Now this _is_ interesting. A heavy rock version of a classic, and very well done too. Nice to hear real playing.

Last Ninja 2 #2 - Alternative Violin Mix by Putzi

Violins? As in "Sex and Violins"? Very nice, but no emotional resonance for me. I think that's just because I didn't get the chance to fall in love with the original SID.

Last Ninja 2 #2 - Club Mix by Putzi

Do it! {Vogue} Get that body moving...

Last Ninja 2 - Street Loader - by Jon Wells

A cool rendition, but I admit to never having played Last Ninja 2 and 3 originally. OK, ok, I know.

Last Ninja 2 #3- by Feekzoid

Not quite so gentle and not quite so oriental. Just a little synthy! It's still good! It's still good!

The Analogue Ninja (LN2 #3) - by Feekzoid

Interesting and unique analog/orchestral LN rendition.

Another Ninja Preview - by Feekzoid

Last Ninja 2 #11 - by Taxim

Reminds me greatly of Chris Huelsbeck at full steam... kinda synthy.

Last Ninja '96 remix - by Scorpion/Passion

For more Ninja remixes in XM, check out Ferrara's section!

God, you really could do an entire Last Ninja album!!

And last, but not least, Amiga LN remixes by Jochen Hippel! (Don't worry: they're still MP3!). Recorded by our very own... Kenz!! From his trusty Amiga... is there anything this guy doesn't own? Well, OK, Pamela Anderson. And viaducts (sneaky Monty Python reference there!). Ni!
